Structural Reconfiguration

At 33 Hurlstone Road, Dunamis Construction was tasked with a challenging project that involved a single storey rear extension, complete structural reconfiguration of the kitchen and downstairs cloakroom, as well as the replacement of all the wooden box sash windows. Our team worked tirelessly to deliver the project within the client’s time and budget constraints. We began by surveying the site and liaising with the client to develop a detailed plan for the project.

During the construction phase, our team applied their expertise to complete the structural reconfiguration of the kitchen and cloakroom while ensuring the building remained safe and stable. The single storey rear extension was then built, which required careful attention to detail, particularly concerning the installation of the new wooden box sash windows that were needed to replace the old ones. We ensured that all materials used in the project were of the highest quality and that our team adhered to the highest safety and building standards.

The new rear extension provided an expansive space, which the client was delighted with, and the structural reconfiguration of the kitchen and downstairs cloakroom significantly improved the layout of the property. The replacement of the wooden box sash windows transformed the aesthetics of the building, and they now enhance its overall appearance. The client was extremely pleased with the end result, and we were delighted to have delivered a project that exceeded their expectations.

At Dunamis Construction, we take pride in our ability to work closely with our clients and deliver their vision to the highest standard. This project at 33 Hurlstone Road is a testament to our expertise, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
