Dunamis Construction Limited recently completed a project at 22 Hereward Avenue, where we carried out a stunning single storey rear extension, along with a loft conversion and complete internal redecoration. The project required a high level of skill and attention to detail to achieve the client’s vision for their home.

The single storey rear extension we built included a wrap-around double-sided design that created an open lounge with a new patio. We also installed large windows to allow natural light into the space and create a feeling of openness. In addition to the rear extension, we carried out a loft conversion that created additional living space for the client.
