26 Steyning Close

Dunamis Construction is proud to have recently completed a stunning project at 26 Steyning Close. This project involved transforming a dated 1960s house into a modern, spacious and functional family home. The highlight of the project was a wrap-around double-sided single storey rear extension that created an open lounge area and new patio for the family to enjoy.

In addition to the extension, we also completed a loft conversion to add extra space to the home. The loft was converted into a functional and comfortable living space, complete with a new bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The conversion provided the family with additional space that they can use for many years to come.

As part of the renovation project, we carried out a complete internal redecoration of the home, including the installation of new lighting and the replacement of the wooden box sash windows. The overall result of our work was a beautiful and spacious family home that our clients were delighted with.
